Confluent has developed two restaurant locations with leading fast-casual restaurant chain Chipotle. Working collectively with Chipotle’s local brokerage teams and identifying off-market deals, Confluent delivered two ground-up, freestanding Chipotle restaurants in hard-to-enter markets in Washington.
