Sara joined Confluent Development in 2021 as a Senior Corporate Accounting Manager. With 20 years of experience in real estate, property management, development, and private equity, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team.
Before joining Confluent, Sara served as the Director of Corporate Accounting at Alden Torch Financial for six years, overseeing all aspects of property accounting operations and fund accounting. Prior to that, she spent 12 years at American Residential Communities, managing the accounting functions for 72 real estate entities, including retail sales, corporate, and consumer finance.
Sara holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tecnologico de Monterrey and a Master’s in Accounting from Colorado State University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, skiing in the winter, and golfing in the summer
