Entitlements

Project submittal for review and approval of the Site Improvement Plans by all referral agencies.

Building Permit

When Entitlements are nearing completion, Construction Drawings are completed and submitted to the City Building Department for approval.

Site, Shell & Core Construction

All on-site and off-site improvements will commence upon receipt of grading permit. Foundation and Building construction will commence upon receipt of permit.

Tenant Improvements Construction

Tenant Improvements can overlap with the core and shell as long as there is no interference.
