Confluent Development is delivering a retail project within the The Ridge at Centennial, a 15-acre development located on the northeast corner of Arapahoe & Nome in Centennial, Colo. Developing 2.78 acres within The Ridge, Confluent’s project will total 20,000 square feet to include three freestanding buildings that will house national retail brands Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage and Starbucks as well as a future third retailer.

Filling the city’s need for a specialty grocer in the expanding area, Confluent and Equity Ventures Commercial Development have partnered to develop a 13,300-square-foot build-to-suit project that will house Natural Grocers. Relocating from its existing Greenwood Village location on Arapahoe Road, the new and larger store represents Natural Grocers’ new store prototype that features a nutritional education center with a nutritional health coach and, in addition to the high-quality organic and natural groceries, dietary supplements and body care products carried at all Natural Grocers stores.

Confluent delivered a 2,000-square-foot Starbucks cafe within the retail development, which relocated from a nearby location. Completed within six months of the project’s groundbreaking, the development marks Confluent’s fifth venture serving as a developer for Starbucks.
