Confluent Development has developed an industrial project in the heart of Denver’s distribution market. Called Confluent Center 70, the project is located at Chambers and I-70 in Aurora. The development consists of two Class A industrial buildings totaling 133,500 square feet. Confluent Center is fully occupied by three tenants: Reinforced Earth, Redi Carpet, and UNITS Moving and Portable Storage.
CBRE served as the project’s leasing broker.
