Highfield Business Park

Confluent Development teamed up with Bradbury Properties to develop Highfield Business Park, a 100-acre industrial hub in metro Denver. Located in unincorporated Douglas County near the intersection of E-470 and Peoria Street, the park is recognized as a prime location for industrial use with convenient access to Centennial Airport, I-25 and RTD Light Rail.

Occupants of Highfield Business Park benefit from Class A, shallow-bay industrial space that is suited to a variety of business needs, including distribution, technology infrastructure, lab and higher-intensity office uses. The park prominently overlooks national corporate facilities ranging from satellite communications to package distribution, and is well positioned among Douglas County’s highly educated and active workforce.

Confluent and Bradbury began their partnership with the Highfield 5 project, which marks the fifth development within the business park. With CBRE as the leasing broker, the Confluent Development/Bradbury Properties partnership has developed six new projects with tenant space between 92,000 rsf and 202,000 rsf, totaling 800,000 square feet of space.
