Meet Celeste Tanner, NAIOP’s 2026 chair, in this short video. Hear her vision for NAIOP’s future and her take on what’s ahead for the commercial real estate industry.

“When I joined the organization, I was really new in the industry and I didn’t have the background that helped me build relationships in this business,” said Tanner in a message to all NAIOP members. “This became my place where I was able to build that really critical network of peers and consultants that helped me thrive.”

Celeste is the chief development officer and co-founder of Confluent, headquartered in Denver. Since 2014, she has led the company’s expansive and diverse development platform – spanning senior living, multifamily, office, industrial and retail – with a pipeline now topping $400 million.

She is a member of the NAIOP Colorado chapter, bringing deep experience, energy and passion to this leadership role.
