His dedication doesn't stop there; Cody has also successfully managed the construction of various office building developments in the Denver Metro area (over 725,000 SqFt), demonstrating versatility and the ability to excel across diverse project types.

Cody has achieved remarkable milestones in the field of construction management. He has successfully overseen and managed the construction of five senior living developments, totaling over 625,000 square feet and encompassing more than 500 individual units.
