Joseph joined Confluent Development in May of 2024. As an Associate on the finance team, he is responsible for raising debt & equity capital, structuring joint ventures, preparing investor reports, monitoring loan facilities, and conducting financial analysis across all of Confluent’s asset classes.
Joseph started his career at JP Morgan in the Lending Solutions Group. There, he primarily focused on advising ultra-high net worth clients on complex transactions, with in-depth experience in structuring commercial real estate, unsecured, and concentrated single-stock loans. After three and a half years in banking, he entered the real estate industry as a Leasing Specialist with Shea Properties before joining Confluent.
Joseph graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2020. He is a member of ULI and is participating in the YLG Partnership Forum.
