Ryan Beckmann is the Retail Development Manager at Confluent Development focused on build-to-suit and ground lease opportunities under a national footprint. Ryan has demonstrated the use of creative problem solving to navigate the complexities of real estate development from initial conceptualization to project completion, creating successful results for tenants, landowners, capital partners, local communities, and all other stakeholders involved in each transaction. Prior to Confluent, Ryan spent 6 years at Cadence Capital working on all aspects of development including site searching, acquisition, due diligence, budgeting, tenant approval, entitlements, and construction management.
Ryan received his BS in Finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and is a board member of the CU Real Estate Center Young Alumni. He is also a member of NAIOP and ICSC.
