The Circa Building

The Circa Building represents Confluent Development’s second project on Platte Street, following its award-winning office development, The LAB. Located at 1615 Platte Street, the class A office and retail building is located in the epicenter of the Platte River Valley, where 16th Street meets Platte Street.

The four-story infill development will offer three levels of underground parking, retail and restaurant spaces on the ground floor, with the top three levels serving as office space.

Conveniently located at the base of the pedestrian Highlands Bridge, tenants have convenient access to Union Station, the 16th Street Mall, Riverfront Park, Pepsi Center and Coors Field. With easy access to RTD public transport and bike paths on the Cherry Creek Trail, the building supports a transit-oriented development model.

Managing the project’s entitlement and construction management, Confluent was selected as the project’s development partner by owner and co-developer, Unico Properties. Open Studio Architecture serves as the project architect and Swinerton Builders is the general contractor.
