When Vectra Bank decided to move from leased space to its own flagship headquarters, they choose Confluent Development as their build-to-suit development partner. Working closely with Vectra, the Confluent team identified Vectra’s top goals for its new facility, and then ensured those priorities were carried into every aspect of the building program and design.
The approximately 130,000 square foot building is located in Belleview Station at the base of the Belleview Light Rail stop in the City and County of Denver. The 9 story building is designed with sustainability and wellness in mind. Designed to meet a LEED Silver certification, the building outperforms baseline energy savings by over 12%. In addition, enhanced daylight penetration, automated entry features, enhanced air filtration, and access to multiple outdoor spaces promote a total employee wellness experience.
Anchored by Vectra Bank, the project will also house ground floor retail opportunities for a café, fitness, and restaurant. A hospitality-inspired portecochere welcomes Vectra visitors and guests, and shared parking arrangements across the Belleview Station community ensure that visitors to the building’s state of the art conferencing center always have easy access.
The project underwent multiple levels of approval scrutiny, including a district design review board and city urban design review, resulting in a timeless and high quality design fitting of its signature client and location.
Breaking ground in December, Vectra Bank of Colorado’s new headquarters is designed to serve its employees and the community for generations to come.
